The general director of cultural heritage of Yazd visited the city of Majumard
Director General of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Yazd province visited Majumard city during her trip to Ashkazar city with the agreement of the governor and a group of provincial and city officials with the aim of investigating issues related to the field of cultural heritage.
According to the public relations report of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Yazd Province, the mayor and members of the Majumard City Council were also present in this visit, which took place on Friday, August 21.
Director General of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Yazd Province first visited Jafar Abad historical complex and its ancient fire temple and was informed about the potential capacities of this historical village.
Then, while attending the Mojomard Municipality, he got to know about the cultural heritage programs that were compiled in the form of “Tourism Route” and with the help of experienced consultants in this area.
Director General of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Yazd Province during this visit, referring to the activities carried out in the field of historical monuments, evaluated them as admirable and promised to provide resources in this direction.
