Restoration and reconstruction of Nejati house is on the table

Mr. Hamid Moshtaghian the manager of Ardakan cultural heritage, handicrafts and tourism office said "Nejati historic house has been recorded as a national heritage monument and belong to Qajar period. Tt's located at Ayatollah Khamenae street in charkhab part of Ardakan." Mr. Moshtaghian knotted that the most advantages of this historical house includes of :the action of the house, using local material in constructing it and placing in Ardakan old part "charkhab".
He also said that priority and cultural – historical values of the house caused to be restorated and will remind its valuable memorial to our future generations. The owner of the house is Mr. Nejati and the house is remained from Qajar period .
He expressed that Nejati house is one of the best samples of original architecture in Yazd province and has been recorded as a national heritage monument by number 1374.
He pointed to some advantages of the house and said "The house plan is in the form of central yard and empty 4 sided spaces are built around its corner. There are a hall in the south and two rooms one into the other in the east side of the house. The rooms and hall each one has a wind catcher in front of the north. The house entrance is in the southwest and connected to yard by the L-shape corridor. Kitchen, bath and toilet placed in the west side.
Mr. Moshtaghian added that the material used in the building are sun-dried mud bricks, clay and lime and a small factory is setting up near the house to produce sun-dried mud bricks for all projects.
